By accessing and using GhostRank services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

GhostRank is an AI-powered content creation and keyword research platform that helps businesses create optimized content for search engines and AI discovery platforms. We provide automated content generation, keyword research, performance tracking, and publishing services.

To access certain features of our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use GhostRank to: (a) create content that violates any laws or regulations; (b) infringe upon intellectual property rights; (c) distribute malware or harmful content; (d) engage in spam or abusive practices; (e) attempt to reverse engineer our AI systems; or (f) violate any third-party terms of service.

You retain ownership of any content you input into our system. Content generated by GhostRank using your inputs becomes your property upon creation. However, you grant us a license to use anonymized data for service improvement purposes.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, GhostRank is provided 'as is' without guarantees of continuous availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

GhostRank's liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, but these terms will continue to apply to any outstanding obligations.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Tokyo, Japan, unless prohibited by local law.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
