We only collect data necessary to provide and improve our services.

We use your information to: provide and maintain GhostRank services; process payments and communications; improve our AI algorithms using anonymized data; send service updates and marketing communications (with your consent); comply with legal obligations; and protect against fraud and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with: service providers who assist our operations (cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics); legal authorities when required by law; business transferees in case of merger or acquisition; and with your explicit consent. All third parties are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, regular security audits, access controls and authentication, secure data centers, and employee training on data protection. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to provide services and fulfill legal obligations. Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. Content data may be retained longer for service improvement (in anonymized form). You can request data deletion at any time.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to: access, correct, or delete your personal information; object to or restrict processing; data portability; withdraw consent; and file complaints with supervisory authorities. Contact us to exercise these rights. You can also opt out of marketing communications and adjust privacy settings in your account.

GhostRank operates globally and may transfer your information to countries other than your own, including Japan where our primary operations are based. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers, including standard contractual clauses and adequacy decisions.

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, analytics, and advertising. Essential cookies are necessary for service operation. Analytics and marketing cookies require your consent. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings or our cookie banner.

GhostRank is not intended for users under 16 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can delete such information.

Our AI systems may process your content to provide personalized recommendations and improve service quality. We use anonymized and aggregated data to train our models. You can opt out of having your data used for model improvement in your account settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our service. The updated policy will be effective when posted. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
